User Guide: Weather Retrieval Button in CRM

1. Introduction:

• Weather is a feature designed to fetch weather information for a client's location directly within the CRM.

2. Accessing the Button:

• The button can be found in the Accounts module within the CRM interface. It will be at the top right beside the edit button.
  

• To make sure this feature works as intended, you must make sure the clients account location fields are complete. Such as Address, Postal, Country, Province or State, and Town or City.
  

4. Clicking the Button:

1. To get the weather click the button once in the desired Account.                                                                        

5. Displaying Weather Information:

• A pop up will appear showing you the weather of the clients location.      
  

6. Troubleshooting:

• If it is not appearing ensure you are in the correct module (Accounts)
  
• If it pops up with an empty box please ensure all address info is filled in correctly.
