What is unattended remote support?

Unattended remote support is the ability for an agent to access your computer without you having to do anything.

The agent still cannot access your computer without a valid password.

What is the process to get connected?

A small application is installed on your computer that runs in the background. You can uninstall it at any time.

Wake on LAN

We can start a computer from outside your office with the proper configuration. This is helpful in the case of power failures, providing off hours support or accessing files at the office in emergency situations.
