What is remote support?
Remote support is simply you allowing our agent to see what is happening on your computer, tablet or phone.
What is the process to get connected?
Simply select the Remote Assistance menu option under the Technical Support option from our
website.
You will be given a code by the agent which you enter on the next screen.
Once connected we will be able to see your screen or show you the agents.
Where does it work?
We can run the agent software from any PC or MAC but also from our tablets so we can help from anywhere.
Since the remote software runs on Windows / Macintosh / iOS tablets and phones / Android tablet and phone we can see what is happening on any device.
