Support Levels

We have three levels of support which are appropriately priced.

A junior person will be accompanied by senior staff in most cases.

We will not always have a junior support staff member.

Working Hours

  1. Remote Support is handled between 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and does not include statutory holidays.

Pricing

  1. Minimum time charged is 2 hours per person onsite
  2. Time is then charged in 15 minute increments.
  3. We charge for travel time per person.
  4. We charge a site visit fee to cover travel costs
