How does unattended remote support work
What is unattended remote support?
Unattended remote support is the ability for an agent to access your computer without you having to do anything.
The agent still cannot access your computer without a valid password.
What is the process to get connected?
A small application is installed on your computer that runs in the background. You can uninstall it at any time.
Why is this useful?
In most cases it is not and unless there is a reason we will not suggest installing the the unattended remote software.
Some reasons to install unattended remote access are:
- A computer runs continually at your home or office that might need support while nobody is there
- Due to heath issues operating a computer is challenging and additional support is required
