Do you support home computers and networks?

Yes we will support home computers and home networks.

Will you do a home visit?

Most issues can be resolved remotely but we will do a home visit if necessary.
Home visits can be expensive as we charge for travel time, a site visit fee and on-site rates are higher than remote rates.
There is a minimum charge of 2 hours (including travel)

Why do you charge a site visit fee?

We charge a site visit fee that approximates the cost of a taxi to get to your home and back since employees do not drive vehicles to client sites.
